Anti-fungal: I recommend that all of my female patients when taken any antibiotic be given a prescription for Diflucan. Antibiotics which killed a normal flora both in the mouth and in the vaginal region may predispose patients to developing yeast infections. I recommend that you always asks for generic Diflucan and have this on hand in case it is needed.
