Diet ok?: If you ingest certain carbohydrates which make your blood sugar temporarily spike upwards, your body secretes insulin which may bring the sugar rapidly toward normal causing symptoms resembling hypoglycemia even though your blood sugar level is almost normal. It's the rapid change that causes symptoms. Avoid concentrated carbohydrates like sweets at all cost. Consult a diabetologist as needed.
