Too much carbohydrat: You might be eating too much simple carbohydrates which is lowering your blood sugar and causing the shakes and hunger. I suggest following a low carbohydrate higher lean protein and higher fish and plant-based fat diet. Seeing your doctor for a simple blood test to check your fasting sugar also is highly recommended.
