Not diabetic based on testing.keep getting da shakes off and on like am diabetic, once i eat; the episodes stop. what do u think is causing this?

Shakes before eating: You may consider getting a glucometer and checking your sugar level when you get shakes. May be low sugar ( hypoglycemia). It seems you just had surgery and there my be some post -op adjustments. Also consider reflux , gatritis ( not uncommon in stress/surgery ). Discuss with a doc, consider omeprazole. Alternatively you could just be hungry with the attendant anxiety
