Can see GP but...: A GP/internist/Family Doc can prescribe meds for anxiety but these are habit forming and don't cure you. While drugs are OK for occ. use I advise counseling, exercise, meditation, a B complex with the L-5MTHF form of folate, Magnesium Taurate or Glycinate, herbs like Ashwagandha, Valerian and Tulsi tea.
