: Any Estrogenic drug or foods can theoretically increase the risk of developing breast cancer. In that regard, Finasteride does cause mild estrogen- like effects such as enlargement of the male breast.... which is more common than breast cancer. Either way it is easy to see and feel the growth of the breast before a Cancer becomes problematic.
