Asthma: Asthma is a chronic disease that is very well studied and has good guidelines to follow. Even very severe cases can be well controlled with good care and attention to medications. Get the flu shot - it's important for most, but especially for asthma sufferers. See your doctor and make sure that breathing is not contributing to fatigue. Good luck.
