What is the best nebuliser medication to use for asthmatic child (11) should they have an incident during the flu season? my daughter is on chronic sereflo pump and asthavent. i have duolin nebs in the house currently which we used last flu season.

Treat to control: If your daughter has no cough, wheezing or shortness of breath at any time during the day or night, continue the Sereflo and Asthavent as prescribed. Duolin may be added for lack of control, and for acute symptoms, a course of Prednisolone can be prescribed by your physician. The use of a peak flow meter, allergy testing, asthma control questionnaire and repeat pulmonary function testing indicated
