Something stuck: This really sounds like a fishbone or something is lodged deep in your esophagus. If this is even a remote possibility, you will need to have an exam and get it removed. Meanwhile, try soft bulky foods like bread, banans, marshmallows...maybe you can dislodge it. Good luck!
