I believe you could: experience the effects of glare from this mechanism. Glare is light that does not help to create a clear image on the retina. Disability glare reduces contrast and interferes with the clarity of a visual image. Glare can cause headaches, eye pain and chronic computer screen glare can lead to dry eye syndrome. Wear protective lenses/sunglasses when outside. Reposition monitor; try anti-glare screen
