Atrophic rhinitis: Unlikely. Need to do saline irrigation twice a day. No smoking or alcohol. Protect nose from particulates. Not unusual to have temporary smell distortion and/or decreased sense of smell. Should get better with time. Did you have septoplasty, splints? have you kept your post-op apps?
