Nothing is broken?: There are two reasonable possibilities. You broke some ribs or you tore some of the intercostal muscles between the ribs (like the stuff we chew on when we eat ribs). You have chest wall damage and it hurts, especially when you hold your breath to change position. Unless it gets worse, there is no obvious treatment. If things get worse, see a doctor.
