I have a pains in my chest that are there a lot just very mildly but when i sneeze cough or stretch ot take a deep breath in it hurts also am having shortness of breath and wheezing?

Pleuritic pain: CP that occurs with chest movement or lung expansion suggests an inflamed pleura or airway spasm, associated wheezing suggests a potential asthmatic cause, should undergo pulmonary function studies and perhaps a trial of bronchodilators.
