Previous meniscal repair 3 years prior. knee/leg has felt off lately - noticed when i sit and extend leg i can hear a little pop/crunch sound. random pain, no swelling - re-tear or scar tissue? thank you!!

Meniscal cause: I would be suspicious of another torn meniscus or breakdown of that repair. Your orthopedic surgeon is best qualified to evaluate, advise and treat you. An MRI may be ordered.
