Severe OA: This, is typical of severe degenerative changes to your knee. Please see an orthopoedist or PMR doc for a full eval. There are many treatments which can help decrease your symptoms such as physical therapy, topical NSAIDS (Voltaren gel), off weight loading braces, injections, peripheral nerve stim, and knee replacement surgery.
