The same: The uterus is not an endocrine (glandular/hormonal) organ and so removing it does not change the endocrine environment in a woman's body. Not all ovarian or breast cysts result form hormone exposure, but many do.

Common: Women get cysts commonly, with or without hysterectomy. It's usually related to a minor hormone imbalance.
