Hi, my son had grommets and adenoids done about 4 weeks ago & this weekend the ears started leaking a lot of and pus fluids and the eyes and nose?

Ear infection: Because the eardrum will now have an open connection is likely to drain when has ear/respiratory infections. Perversely this is means grommets likely doing their job. Worth however getting a doctor check to make a precise diagnosis - other possibility here with these symptoms is hay fever. A doctor examination will assist here re diagnosis and if necessary treatment
