My 3 yr old son has had lime green mucus leaking from swollen eyes for 3 days w/ runny nose, woke up with 104.5 fever today. what should i do?

See a doctor: Seek medical attention. You may ask the emergency room doctor or pediatrician for a consultation with an eye doctor or and ear, nose throat doctor, depending on your son's condition.

See your doctor: These symptoms could indicate a potentially serious infection in a child this age. Especially if your son is acting sick, lethargic, etc. You should get him to a doctor today.

Doctor visit needed: Aside from the high fever , he has conjuctivitis or pink eye. He needs to be seen to establish the source of the fever even though his illness may be viral.

Call your ped MD: He needs a complete exam and most likely antibiotic treatment. That 104.5 fever is worrisome.
