Many possibilities: My advice would be to take your son to a pediatrician and have him examined ASAP. Good luck.

Fever: Hard to say what is going on by the limited description. The headache could be from the fever. However the description of eyes hurting is concerning for meningitis. I would recommend seeing the physician if the fever persists or if headache not related to fever, or if vomiting, not acting himself.

Please see the Emergency room. A urine test, BP measurement and hydration status will be assessed. Minor nosebleeds lasting less than five minutes are not usually problematic, discuss at the ED.
