See doctor: The vomiting could be from something structurally wrong in the brain--a blood clot, etc. However, fever would be unusual with head trauma in an acute setting. Also, acting normal would probably not go along with head trauma. However, you probably ought to play it safe and get baby checked out.

Flu: What a co-incidence! well fall related head injury rarely causes fever. However flu or viral infection can cause fever ( low grade) and vomiting. The only way- one can make definite distinction between the two -- would by a clinician examining the child.

Head trauma: Take your child to the er immediately. Possible head trauma is not something you should mess with.
