Lymph node.: That sounds like enlargement of a postauricular lymph node, which can happen when you're sick with a sinus infection, which could explain the rest of your symptoms. As long as the lymph node goes away along with the infection, then everything is fine . For the sinus infection, though, you may need an antibiotic.
