I currently have a small, hard, bump on the back, left side of my head. It may be at the top of my neck. Occipital lumps seem similar. I recently got hit with a golf ball (slowish speed) on the other side of my head behind temple. Is this correlated?
Everyday I wake up with a stiff, tight neck and a sore area on the upper right side of the back of my head. The area doesn't hurt, it just feels dull, achy, and sore to the touch. The neck stiffness lasts all day. Any ideas?
