Yes, many: Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors are often used. Prazosin may be used for sleep / nightmares. Antipsychotics may be used for flashbacks/ disassociation. A # of other medications can be beneficial. Benzodiazapines are now considered contraindicated for Chroniic PTSD.
