Not sure what : Not sure what you mean by syvn but injections into the knee after such surgery is not unreasonable and might be helpful.

No: Synvisc (hylan g-f 20) injections are not indicated in situation of a meniscal repair and lateral release. Synvisc (hylan g-f 20) is used for arthritic knees only.
