Not unusual: While it's been about 10 weeks since your surgery it would not be unusual to have some swelling related to activites the swelling should go down overnight? I think the swelling would more likely be related to the knee surgery and not the stress fracture you might benefit from some nsaids or even a cortisone injection to bring the swelling down.
