Very unlikely.: For a 25 year old, colon cancer is unusual. Most likely the symptoms are due to a different cause. It is important for your physician to perform a history/physical exam and help you figure out what might be going on. It is too difficult to give a diagnosis online without a proper evaluation.

At your age: Not likely unless you have family history or an hereditary condition predisposing you to colon cancer. It could be your gallbladder, get an ultrasound to start with.
