Hard bump: There are internal and external hemorrhoids. And you have constipation which may well be a proximal cause for your hemorrhoids. So first, get over constipation by altering diet(no rice,oatmeal,barley,bananas,milk) and Miralax (polyethylene glycol). Basically a bowel prep. Hopefully the bump will largely resolve itself by then. If not your GI doc will thank u for being so considerate.
