Shoe related: If the blister reappeared on the same the same spot, it is most likely caused by friction and likely culprit, in this case, is your shoes.
Try wearing high toe box shoes or open toes shoes if you can for a while until blister resolves.
Also if you have any deformities such as Hammertoes, mallet toes, they could be the underlying reason why you are getting recurring blisters on the same spot.
