Keep 'em clean: This is tough - i hope your baby feels better soon. Don't break the blisters. You may want to try to keep gloves on his/her hands. If the blisters break, don't pull off the skin - it will help protect the raw skin underneath. If there is any sign of infection (redness, pus, pain), see your pediatric care physician.
