A 43-year-old male asked:
can tmj/clenching at night cause (lead to) tinnitus and/or vertigo?

TMJ: TMD/TMJ can cause tinnitus and/or vertigo but not the top 2 symptoms and not necessarily the cause. Suggest you consult both with a dentist who has adequate training and experience treating patients with TMD as well as an ENT specialist.
