Ear: Great question. TMJ and teeth coming in can occassionally cause this problem but there are many inner ear problems that might as well. Suggest you see an ENT for a full exam including a hearing test

No: True vertigo (spinning) not due to TMJ. Imbalance is. If you have true vertigo with nausea, see ENT Doc or neurologist.

Meniere's Disease: TMJ is irrelevant. Meniere's Disease is a disorder of the inner ear with symptoms that include vertigo, tinnitus, ear pressure, hearing loss, and the sensation of nausea. See an ENT for evaluation.
