Hard to tell: differential diagnosis for diziness is quite large, and has to be diagnosed by history and physical exam plus imaging and diagnostic work up. you can also see an interventional pain physician or a neurologist who performs supraorbital nerve blocks. if your symptoms resolve, then that is both diagnostic and therapeutic. you should take medications such as gabapentin or lyrica (pregabalin) for nerve pain
