Lymphedema: This sounds like lymphedema. This can be treated and should be treated. Please see a vascular specialist that has an interest in treating patients with lymphedema.

It is not rare to have leg swelling after multiple leg operations. It typically is associated with damage to lymphatic system. This should be treated with compression and moisturizers. Seeing a vascular specialist with an interest in Lymphedema is an excellent idea.
