Possibly means: that there is a small area in your heart that is not getting normal blood flow (perfusion) in the distal (furthest away) inferior (bottom part) of your heart. No reversibility means that the small region affected did not improve blood flow with rest. This is assuming you are referring to a SPECT scan of your heart! (Since you didn't clarify what test you had, I am only assuming this).
