This typically means that there is a small area that is abnormal and that it is there all the time and not just when the heart is under stress. The location is at the bottom of the heart to the front of the heart. It is also saying that there are no areas that have low oxygen levels when the heart is under stress and then it goes away at rest. Your cardiologist can interpret this to your situation

If you reached your heart rate goal at exercise& it's considered a maximal stress test, your findings indicate what appears to be an area of old damage in the left ventricle. I feel that an area going from the base all the way to the middle of the front surface of the ventricle doesn't appear to be small. EKG normal? You had no findings of other significant coronary artery blockages ?2nd opinion
