Suggestive of ischem: A small area of anterior septal ischemia of the LV = small area of reduced blood flow at peak stress test. Few things to be mindful: Small refers to area of myocardium in jeapordy; the area mentioned in your case often is place of false + reading; LAST you need to correlate with symptoms if any and your other tests. AND Finally, before seeking therapy if any warranted, ask about COURAGE TRIAl.
