Yes, can be done.: if indicated root canal therapy can be done on lower front teeth. The key to determining what treatment is best is proper diagnosis. You need an evaluation by your dentist ASAP. The longer you wait the more chance there is that this problem will develope into something that can only be treated by extracting the tooth. Please don't wait. Good luck.
