May not need vitamin: Before you start taking any supplement, make sure you have enough water in your body. Drink 2qts daily, everybody knows that already. Now, duplicate everything else you drink that isn't milk or fresh juice. If you drink a can of soda pop, drink 12 more ounces of water. Get your body cleaned out. Then if you still have leg cramps, see your doc.
