This is something: you should definitely have evaluated by her pediatrician, to make sure there is not an underlying reason for the nosebleeds and the feeling nauseated and faint. It's likely that the nosebleeds are from dryness or picking at the nose and the feeling faint is what is called a vasovagal reaction, but both should be evaluated for underlying issues.

Get her checked: Nose bleeds that recur frequently can be a sign of either vascular malformations in the nose or a defect in blood clotting. it is best to show her to a Blood specialist(pediatric Hematologist) to check her blood first. An ENT specialist would be the best doctor to check for a vascular malformation located inside the nose. Both specilaist can work together and find the cause of her nose bleeds.
