Shoulder pain: You suffer from 3 conditions that can cause above symptom during flareups. Would suggest calling your treating rheumatologist with a clear description of the pain so that you receive good recommendations. Usually a steroid taper/ injection is used, but early recognition of the condition causing it is critical. Imaging is sometimes used specifically if there was trauma involved.

Acute shoulder: Pain. It is hard to say which of the conditions is causing the pain or if local injury to the should like a sprain is present. Use of topical analgesics and or oral analgesics. If no improvement follow up with PCP or your Rheumatologist

Be seen: Multiple potential causes including issue with the shoulder itself, or radicular pain from the neck; I would not yes irate to be seen for a specific diagnosis and treatment options.
