Counseling: I am sorry to hear about your loss! What you are going through may an adjustment reaction. You should seek counseling. You may look on the internet to see if there is a support group in your area for grieving parents. Do talk to your family or a trusted friend about your feelings, seeing a therapist would be prudent. Wish you good health!

Loss of a child: is a tremendous pain. Has your daughter died or has your ability to contact her been taken? You need to be able to grieve effectively & to accept support from loved ones. Encourage you to seek out the care of a spiritual counselor or therapist. If you are having a strong urge to kill yourself - then please seek emergency care. It would be terrible for others to lose both you and your daughter
