Dr. diagnosed me with eustachian inflammation and was prescribed amoxiclav, flonase and claritin. i also have hiatal hernia and frequently get sinus infections from acid reflux and probably caused eustach inflammation. will amoxiclav make it worse?

Augmentin can: cause GI upset. But it will probably not negatively affect inflammation of your Eustachian tube. Ask the prescribing doctor just to be sure.
