Some antibiotics: can interfere with birth control effectivity. It is hard to say as it varies from one person to another, depending on their chemical makeup (something called cytochromes). Sperm do survive in a woman's vaginal tract for up to 5 days so I would wait until 5 days have past when you last had unprotected intercourse just to be sure.
