Relatively Common: I am surmising you received Noocaine from your dentist. Having an injection anywhere can rupture blood vessels from the injection. Sorry! Use Ice packs for 15-20min 2-3x Daily over the affected area for a few more days will help. If you have further concerns, you should seek the help of a healthcare professional.
