IBS poss./not likely: From constipation to much more serious issues causing obstruction, a variety of causes may be involved in your symptoms. Would suggest starting with the use of a laxative if constipation or incomplete evacuation of the bowel were present prior to your symptoms. Followup with your doc is also suggested so that further tests are ordered as felt necessary. Try to ingest less per meal/drink.

Gas: Can cause pain. Any constipation or change in diet or diarrhea? Not enough information to make diagnosis
