IBS: 20's female w. migraines & dyspepsia suffers abdominal discomfort, "nauseousness" & alternating diarrhea & constipation. These symptoms are often seen in women w. Hypermobility Syndrome. Gastroenterologist consult needed for confirmation. If there are widespread myalgias, depression, sleeplessness, daytime fatigue & clouded mental process, a Rheumatologist might be consulted about fibromyalgia.
