Hemosiderin.: Swelling with spots is usually caused by fluid leaving the veins. The trapped fluid has pigment that can stain the skin. It is associated with the veins not doing a great job in returning the blood to the heart. More information is needed to know just what, if anything , is being done to treat the totality of the problem. Seek an evaluation for assessment.
