I have red spots on my feet spreading upwards above my ankle possibly due to circulation. i am wearing the health stockings for many years.

Tricky: dermatologic conditions are hard to discuss without seeing them. The pattern of dots would likely tell if infection or small capillary leakage (circulation). BUT foot swellling is an indication it is circulation. There are limited options for this.

Likely: I will commonly see skin manifestations such as rashes or blisters with venous insuffiency. Stockings and topical steroids are usually effective but I would visit with your doctor prior to starting these therapies.
