After smoking cigarette sometimes get chest pains that don't go away last all day. sometimes nauseous too. i take protonix & zofran don't help. ideas?

Needs evaluation: Chest pain is never something you should take lightly. Even though you are only 41, if you develop chest pains after smoking - I would say get evaluated ASAP. Call 911 or get to an ER. You need proper work-up. Cigarette smoke contains a number of toxins, some of which can cause significant health effects including heart attacks and strokes. Try to stop smoking - your life depends on it!!
