They are: Saying the same thing with different words. Sounds like you have hepatitis, which is inflammation or irritation of the liver, a potentially serious condition. Causes of it are infection (e.g. Viral hep a, b, or c), toxins (alcohol or drugs), elevated lipids (nash), bile duct obstruction (gallstones), or sometimes unknown. Follow your doctor's advice, or it might turn into cirrhosis.
